Love and Cork was founded by Tatiana Wensley in 2010, and is based in Vancouver, Canada with offices in Porto, Portugal. In 2011, Tatiana became certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise (MBE).

With sustainability and luxury as our cornerstones, we use a material which yields a premium product which can be sustainably sourced and is friendly to the environment. Cork is our solution. The cork we use is extracted from the bark of the cork oak tree located in agrarian areas found throughout Portugal.

To harvest the bark, we work closely with Portuguese cork farmers who hand-harvest the trees about every decade. The process allows the trees to grow faster and they live longer. A cork tree often lives to 250-years. The cork bark permits us to provide the highest quality textile and our cork fabric looks and feels like premium leather even as it is lighter, softer and more durable.

Our collections offer a wide range of products from calendars, agendas, notebooks, travel items, and handbag, to office accessories, electronic accessories and collateral material. Most items are manufactured by us in Portugal.

Choosing cork fashion products is a statement, but more than that. Cork is a premium material.
